Organising functionality and content into a structure that’s easy to navigate doesn’t happen by chance. Even an optimized site with a sleek design and compelling copy can fall flat without sound information architecture. Badly designed systems that suffer low adoption rates have some of the following traits in common:
- Too much content
- Inconsistent navigation
- People finding it difficult to surface relevant content
If you’ve ever lost sleep worrying about these issues in your upcoming project (or worse yet; experienced these problems first hand on your site) then we invite you to join us and learn how we can address these problems. Christopher Scolt will share practical advice you can use in your SharePoint environment immediately and ensure that your next system will be a success.
