Do Agile Business Intelligence projects really exist?

Do Agile Business Intelligence projects really exist?

You may have heard of Agile BI- a new approach to developing an enterprise business intelligence platform, putting an end to endless series of projects and constant budget extensions. With this approach, value is constantly added through quick wins without sacrificing quality or extensibility.

Join us for lunch and learn how other organisations have achieved significant reductions in the total cost of report production and increased user adoption through a well implemented business intelligence strategy.

The demo will be followed by a Q&A session where we will discuss best practices for developing an enterprise business intelligence platform strategy and offer guidance on defining and enforcing an overarching data architecture that promotes information reuse, scalability, cost-effective data management, and rapid iterative BI development.
Ignia Executive Lunch Briefings are held monthly at The George and cover topics suggested by our clients. If you would like to know more, please contact Valeria.Ignatieva@ignia.com.au.
