After placing 6th on the BRW Best Place to Work in Australia list in late 2015, the team is elated to be recognised among an exclusive group of organisations focused on creating and sustaining high-trust, high-integrity, and high-performing cultures.

Based on one of the world’s most comprehensive studies of workplace culture by Great Place to Work, the study explores organisations’ ability to retain happy, engaged, loyal, high performing workforces during challenging times.

Ignia, has strengthened its Australian leadership team with the appointment of Steve McNally as Director.

McNally brings substantial experience with more than 20 years working within the technology sector. He has held a number of executive management roles including State Director at Microsoft WA and State Manager at Dimension Data and Oakton, with responsibilities overseeing major business operations and the development of executive teams.

McNally’s national role will help drive Ignia’s strategic vision in extending and diversifying their platform of products, services and solutions, as well as fostering key partnerships and client engagements.

“Steve has successfully worked across strategy, operations, and technology, with significant leadership experience within complex professional services environments,” said Ignia CEO, Phil Rickson. “His appointment supports our continued growth and will enable us to bolster our position as a national leader.”

Ignia has been announced as one of Microsoft Australia’s locally certified IoT partners, following Microsoft’s launch of the Azure IoT Suite on 30th Sept 2015 along with its showcase of innovative IoT projects in business, technology and vertical media.
