Ignia is the current Excellence in Mobility & Devices and Industry and Platform Innovation Microsoft Partner of the Year, awarded for delivering millions in cost savings due to increased productivity and compliance across geographically dispersed teams for mining construction specialist Decmil.
In 2016, Ignia was also honoured to be recognised as the 8th Best Workplace in Asia in the Best Small or Medium Workplaces category.
Awarded to Ignia at the 2014 Microsoft Australian Partner Conference, the Enterprise Partner of the Year award recognised our excellence in creating exceptional Cloud and Mobility solutions to some of the biggest organisations in Australia.
Nominated for our ability to transform the archaic approach to Business Intelligence projects and deliver significant business benefits quickly and iteratively, we were finalists in the Microsoft Business Intelligence Partner of the Year category in 2014.
Ignia received the Editor’s Choice, Homegrown Innovators Award at the 2015 ARN ICT Industry Awards. The team was recognised for exceptional results delivered to clients over the past 12 months, including:
- Revolutionising mining operations through informed decision making for mining giant Fortescue Metals Group.
- Improving customer care services via an industry-first app for Western Power.
- Improving collaboration across remote areas for mining construction specialist Decmil.
- Modernising the traditional BI environment for WA Department of Housing to assist with managing the largest geographic jurisdiction globally.
In 2014, Ignia and client WA Department of Housing were finalists in Development Domain – Tools category in the 23rd Annual Western Australian IT and Telecommunications Industry Awards (WAiTTA). The entry was based on an innovative approach to a complex Business Intelligence project at the Department, with dramatic results realised in a matter of weeks, compared to months or even years via a traditional approach.
Later that year, Ignia was also recognised at a national level for the same project- reaching the finalist stage of the 2014 National iAwards.
In 2015, Ignia was once again on the WAiTTA stage alongside client Fortescue Metals Group as finalists in in the Development Domain- Tools category. Ignia delivered a mobile business intelligence solution to Fortescue, putting real-time reporting of production data in the hands of field staff at iron ore mines and saving Fortescue an estimated $30 million in annual cost savings.
Ignia was also announced as one of the winners on the 2015 Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500 2015 Asia Pacific list.
